As most of you know, a bunch of friends and I get together twice a week to run by the beach. It is so much fun. At the end of our run we all meet up and let the kids get out and run around for a bit. Well, the other day a guy with a baby came up to us and started chatting. He told us that they don't have friends with kids so he wanted to bring his daughter over to see some other babies. We talked some more and at the end of our conversation he told us that they were a very healthy family who juices, and that they don't own a television. It was weird how he wanted to just add that information in. Then he handed me his card and went on his way. Well this is what the card looks like.
Only in L.A. will you find parents networking to find friends for their 5 month old daughter!!

Well, he must have thought we fit the bill, or he wouldn't have handed us his card, right?? Ha! My favorite is that they want "really" healthy friends. As if regular, ol' healthy isn't good enough. Can we say coo-coo!
PS...You also know you're in LA when one day you're getting wack networking cards from parents, and the next day you see Tom Cruise!!!
that is super super crazy. like, really crazy. you should have a card that says you don't want your daughter making friends with other kids who have crazy parents!
