This last weekend our ward had a pinewood derby for everyone!! We were not planning on making a car until and hour before the event. We had just been to Macy's candy themed birthday party which was the inspiration for our car, or should I say limo.
The activity was a blast! We were nervous that our car wouldn't even make it down the track, but we actually one our first heat! In the second heat we were up against a car with a rocket strapped to the back so we didn't even stand a chance.

A Candy Lemo is a cool idea for a Pinewood Derby car. After the race I guess you could eat it. It must have been pretty fast to have at least won one race. Congrats!
